Earthwork & Excavation
Every durable road begins in the ground. We cut, fill and shape large volumes of earth to the alignment and levels on your drawings, moving material efficiently so the programme stays on schedule.
Site Clearing & Grading
A clean, correctly graded site prevents rework later. We clear vegetation and debris, strip topsoil and grade the formation so the following layers sit on a stable, even surface.
Embankment & Subgrade
Embankment and subgrade carry the entire pavement above them. We build them in thin, compacted lifts using approved material so settlement stays within design limits.
GSB Works
Granular sub-base is the drainage and load-spreading layer beneath the base course. We supply graded aggregate and lay it evenly so water moves out and wheel loads spread out.
WMM Works
Wet mix macadam forms the strong, interlocked base course for flexible pavements. Our mix is blended in a plant for consistency and laid with a paver for a tight, even surface.
Asphalt & Bituminous Works
Surface quality is what road users feel every day. We lay hot mix asphalt at the right temperature and roll it promptly, producing a smooth, sealed carriageway that sheds water.
DBM & Bituminous Concrete
Dense bituminous macadam provides the structural layer, and bituminous concrete forms the wearing course above it. We build both as a coordinated system so the pavement resists rutting and cracking.
Concrete Road Works
Concrete pavement lasts decades with little maintenance and resists heat, standing water and heavy axle loads. We build it from a stable sub-base through to a cured, jointed slab.
Drainage & Culvert Works
Water is the main enemy of any road. We build side drains, pipe culverts and box culverts that carry runoff safely away from the pavement and the surrounding land.
Road Structures
Where a road meets a stream, slope or level change, it needs structure. We construct the retaining and protection works that keep the alignment stable and safe.
Kerbs & Footpaths
Good kerbs and footpaths define the road edge and give pedestrians a safe place to walk. We install them with clean lines and proper falls for drainage.
